【Abstract】 Objective: To establish the quality standard on Tonglin granules. Method: TLC identified Rhizoma atractylodes, Radix saria miliorrhiza, Ramulus cinnamoml, the content of berberine was determined by HPLC. Results: The TLC spots was fairly clear, negative samples were no interference and the average recovery of Berberine was 97.88%, RSD 0.87%. Conclusion: The method was accurate, good reproducible, it could control the quality of Tonglin granules effectively.更多还原
