【摘要】 目的:研究复方丹参瘢痕膏的制备工艺。方法 : (1)复方丹参瘢痕膏的药物提取和配制:选用丹参、苦参、五倍子、鸦胆子、川芎等中药材,经传统加工炮制后,进行有效成分提取,获提取液和有效成分配制液,倒入以硬脂酸为基质的溶媒中进行搅拌。再加上尼泊金乙脂防腐剂及氮酮透皮剂,充分调匀后静置 24h,分装成盒。(2)用白毛家兔 2只进行皮肤急性刺激试验,在不同温度时观察pH值和稳定性的改变。结果:配制后的药物进行皮肤急性刺激试验显示:复方丹参膏对皮肤无刺激作用。分别在 40℃、25±4℃、0℃时测量理化性能,pH值为 8. 0、24h后有少量析水,证明该制品性能稳定。结论: 复方丹参瘢痕膏制剂符合中医选药原则, 5味中药的有效成分可以通过不同的环节抑制成纤维细胞的增殖和胶原纤维合成,是一种性能稳定、有效防治瘢痕增生的中药成药制剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the preparation on compound Danshenbanhen cream. Method: (1) To prepare and distill drugs of compound Danshenbanhen cream: to select Danshen, Kushen, Wubeizi, Yadanzi, Chuanxiong; to make traditional preparation, and then, to make a subtract of effective contents for obtaining subtract liquid and preparative liquid of effective content, falling in the medium used stearic acid as the matrix and mixing it, after that, to add ethylparaben antiseptic and nitrogen ketone and lay here 24h after adjusting uniformity, putting it in box. (2) To make a experience of acute skin stimulation with two rabbits, to observe pH and its stability in different temperature. Result: Compound Fufangdanshen cream have no stimulation to skin, we determine its physical and chemical capability in 40℃, 25±4℃, 0℃, pH=8.0, find it has a little water after 24h, all that prove its capability is stability. Conclusion: Compound Fufangdanshen cream accord with the principal of selecting herbs with TCM, the effective components of five kinds of herbs can restrain the multiplication of mechanocyte and synthesis of collagen fibers, so it is a kind of patent medicine with stable capability and preventing hyperplasia of scar.更多还原
