【Abstract】 Objective: To study the best craft produced liposome of borneolum syntheticum. Method: To investigate the envelopment rate of borneolum syntheticum by orthogonal design. Result: experimental factors :phospholipid was 5%, borneolum syntheticum : phospholipid was 110, cholesterin : phospholipid was 14. Conclusion: The method of water-soluble medicine disgregation was suitable for producing liposome with broneolum syntheticum.更多还原
