【摘要】 为评估剪口结扎术治疗混合痔的安全性与优越性 ,对 12 0例混合痔患者予以剪口结扎术与外切内扎术进行疗效比较 ,结果行剪口结扎术创面提前愈合 4 .1天 ,与外切内扎术比较差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,具有手术时间缩短 ,术中出血少 ,术后瘢痕程度低 ,可更好的保持肛门的形态功能更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to evaluate the security and superiority in the treatment of mixed piles by the operation of cut and ligation, the authors made a effective compare between the operation of cut and ligation and external cut and internal prick in 120 patients. The result showed cicatrisation ahead of 4.1 day in the operation of cut and ligation, it had a distinct significance compared with the operation of external cut and internal prick(P<0.05). furthermore, its operative time became short, haemorrhage became few in the process of operation. Scar issues became low after operation, so it could keep the shape and function of anus better.更多还原
