【摘要】 【目的】探讨胃近端癌和远端癌的临床和预后的差异。【方法】回顾性分析本院1993年1月至2003年12月410例胃癌的临床资料,根据肿瘤位置分成2组:近端胃癌组(A组)152例,远端胃癌组(B组)258例。【结果】胃近端癌的TNM分期较晚,淋巴结转移率高于胃远端癌,胃近端癌术后生存率较胃远端癌低。【结论】胃近端癌预后比远端胃癌差,其重要原因可能与肿瘤位置特殊,出现症状较晚及就诊时肿瘤分期较晚有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To explore the difference between proximal and distal gastric cancer(DGC) in clinical findings and prognosis.【Methods】Clinical data of 410 cases with gastric cancer admitted from January, 1993,to February,2003 were retrospectively analyzed.These patients were divided into two group:proximal gastric cancer(PGC) in group A(n=152),distal gastric cancer in group B(n=258).【Results】The incidence of more advanced TNM stages and lymph node metastasis in PGC group was significantly higher than that in DGC group.The 5-year survival rate in PGC group was lower than that in DGC group.【Conclusion】The prognosis of PGC is worse than of DGC,and the main causes may be later presentation of symptoms and more advanced TNM stages because of special tumor location in PGC group.更多还原
