【摘要】 【目的】探讨家兔死后角膜上皮细胞DNA含量与死后经过时间的关系。【方法】应用细胞图像分析技术,检测家兔死后不同时间点家兔角膜上皮细胞核DNA含量,观察其变化规律。【结果】家兔角膜上皮细胞DNA含量随死亡时间增加而逐渐下降,呈负相关关系(R=-0.773,P=0.003)。【结论】家兔死后角膜细胞DNA含量与死后经过时间有明显的相关性,可用于更可靠、更准确地推断死亡时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To investigate the relationship between postmortem interval (PMI) and the changes of DNA content in the rabbits` cornea epithelia.[Methods]DNA contents and the rule of their variation in cornea epithelia were detected at 12-hour-interval within 72 hours after death (without decay) by histochemical assay and image analysis.[Results]There was a descendent trend of the amount of DNA in cells after different PMI, and the degradation rate of nuclear DNA was negatively correlated with the length of PMI ( R=-0.773, P =0.003).[Conclusion]Measuring the amount of DNA in cornea epithelia of rabbit may offer an objective and accurate method for the determination of PMIs.更多还原
