【摘要】 目的:探讨腹腔镜在妇科疑难病症诊断中的应用价值。方法:电视腹腔镜探查盆腔。结果:22例妇科疑难病症经腹腔镜检查均及时明确诊断,其中子宫内膜异位症7例,慢性盆腔炎8例,盆腔静脉瘀血症和其它疾病各3例,正常盆腔1例。镜下对主要病变进行了分期或分度,对慢性盆腔炎还做了病原学检查。结论:腹腔镜诊断具有安全、简便、迅速、准确等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the value of the application of laparoscopy to the diagnoses of the gynecologic difficult and complicated cases. Method: TV laparoscopy has been used to examine pelvic. Results: 22 gynecologic difficult and complicated cases have been diagnosed timely and definitely by laparoscopy. Of the 22 cases, there are 7 cases of endometriosis, 8 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), 3 cases of pelvic vein stasis of blood, 3 cases of other diseases and 1 case of normal pelvic. The main pathological changes have been graduated or degreed and the cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory diseases have been taken the etiological examination under thelaparoscope. Conclusion: The diagnosis with laparoscopy is safe, simple, quick and accurate.更多还原
