【摘要】 目的:探讨单侧空间忽略(Unilateral spatial neglect,USN)对脑卒中所致偏瘫患者的运动功能及日常生活活动能力(ability to daily life,ADL)康复的影响。方法:选择伴有USN脑卒中病人41例为观察组(A组),不伴USN脑卒中病人为对照组(B组),2组采取同样的康复治疗措施。通过治疗前后两组Brunnstrom分级法评定和修订的Barthel指数评分的变化对2组患者功能康复进行评价。结果:治疗后2组Barthel指数均有一定程度改善,但B组的ADL积分明显高于A组(P<0.01);治疗后Brunnstrom分级法评定4级以上的比率,2组有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:伴单侧忽略脑卒中患者对康复治疗的反应较差。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effects of unilateral spatial neglect (USN) on rehabilitation of ADL and motor dysfunction of the patients with stroke. Methods: Forty one cases of hemiplegia patients caused by stroke with USN were choosed as observing group (A group); and forty five cases without USN were as control group(B group). All the patients from above two groups received the same rehabilitation treatment. The changes of scores of Brunnstrom Assessment (BA) and Modified Barthel Index (MBI) were evaluated respectively. Results: After treatment, the scores of MBI of two groups rose very significantiy, but the scores of B group were higher than those of A group (P < 0.01). The above Ⅳ grade ratio of two groups has significant difference by BA after treatment (P < 0.01). Conclusion: USN has significant effect on rehabilitation of ADL and motor dysfunction of the patients with stroke.更多还原
