【摘要】 目的:探讨影响髋臼骨折手术并发症的发生率的因素,以找出一些应对方法。方法:通过对49例髋臼骨折病人的观察,分析各种因素对术后并发症发生率的影响。结果:本组并发症发生情况:3例发生坐骨神经损伤,4例发生不同程度的异位骨化,8例发生不同程度的创伤性关节炎,2例后期发生股骨头坏死。结论:①手术医生应熟练掌握髋臼的解剖特点;②严格掌握手术适应症;③选择正确的手术入路;④手术中应该谨慎操作,尽量解剖复位;⑤术后正确的功能锻炼。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the influencing factors of the operative complications of the fractures of acetabulum,and search ways to reduce these complications.Methods: The influences of various factors to the post-operative complications were analised in 49 cases.Results: 3 cases showed injury of sciatic nerve,4 cases showed ectopic ossification of diverse extents,8 cases showed traumatic arthritis of diverse extents,2 cases showed osteonecrosis of femoral head.Conclusion: ①The surgeons should know the anatomy of acetabulum well.②Control the indications strictly.③Choose the correct surgical exposure.④While operating, the surgeons should be cautious and try their best to reduce the fractures anatomically.⑤Guide the patients to do correct post-operative function exercises.更多还原
