【摘要】 目的:探讨鼻内镜下术后粘连的原因、处理方法及避免措施,以提高手术疗效。方法:对存在粘连情况的64例鼻内镜术后病例进行分析:粘连部位较多,多部位粘连较多,条索状与斑片状混合性粘连较多。结果:粘连的原因多种多样,与术中及术后处理均有关:绝大多数粘连可通过术后随访分离成功,部分需行修正手术。结论:提高手术技巧和规范术后处理是减少鼻内镜术后粘连和提高手术疗效的主要措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore and discuss the adherent causes of post-ESS(endoscopic sinus surgery) ,disposal methods and avoidable measures so as to improve the operation effectively.Methods: Analyse 64 cases with adhesion after ESS: there exist many adherent parts,and many parts are adherent with bars and stripes mixed together.Results: There are lots of adherent causes relating to the disposal of inter-operation and post-operation.The majority of adhesion can be cured by dissecting and follow-up. Parts of them need to be done repairing and remedying.Conclusion: To improve the operative skills and specify the post-operative disposals are main measures to reduce this complication and enhance the effect of ESS.更多还原
