【摘要】 司法鉴定结论作为诉讼证据的一种,具有制作主体的特定性、制作程序的合法性、文书内容的科学性、文书形式的规范性等特征,而司法鉴定文书作为鉴定结论的一种表现形式,其规范化和标准化日趋重要,但目前全国有关司法鉴定文书规范和标准的法规均为试行性或地方性的,且存在诸多缺陷。故文章从司法鉴定文书的内容和形式两方面作出分析,以求对司法鉴定文书的规范化作出改进,呼吁立法机关尽快制定出切实可行的全国性司法鉴定文书规范,以适应司法鉴定活动的需要。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a kind of lawsuit evidence, the conclusion of judicial identification has such characteristics as the specific of the making main body ,the legitimacy of the making procedure ,the scientific nature of the document and the standardization of the form while the judicial identification document is a performance of the identification conclusion. Its standardization is getting more and more important. However, at present ,its standardized laws and regulations are trial or regional in China and have so many deficiencies .Therefore, the article makes the analysis from both contents and forms in order to improve and advance its standardization ,calls the legislature to formulate a practical ,feasible and nation-wide document as soon as possible and to meet the needs of the judicial identification.更多还原
