维、汉2族乳癌组织中血小板反应素和微血管密度表达的差异

【摘要】目的:探讨维吾尔族(维族)和汉族乳腺浸润性导管癌(IDC)组织中血小板反应素-1(TSP-1)蛋白和微血管密度(MVD)表达的差异。方法:选择70例汉族和70例维族IDC组织,采用免疫组化SP法,检测了TSP-1蛋白表达情况和MVD值。结果:两个民族IDC组织中TSP蛋白表达和MVD值差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在维族和汉族IDC组织中,微血管的生成调控可能与种族背景无关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim: To investigate the difference of thrombospondin-1(TSP-1) expression and microvessel density (MVD) in breast invasive ductal carcinoma (IDC) between Uigur and Han people. Methods: TSP-1 protein and MVD were detected using immunohistochemistry in 70 IDC cases of Han nationality and 70 IDC cases of Uigur people. Results: TSP-1 expression and MVD had no difference between the 2 people (P>0.05). Conclusion: The genesis and regulation of microvessel may be not related to the race background in Uigur and Han people with IDC lesions.更多还原
