【摘要】 目的:探讨腭成形术是否影响上颌骨的正常发育。方法:对30例5岁前行腭成形术、20例14岁后行腭成形术的腭裂患者成年后进行上颌骨头影测量,并以同年龄组的40名正常人作对照。测量指标包括①上颌相对颅底位置指标:前颅底平面-上齿槽座点角(SNA)、蝶鞍中心-翼上颌裂点(Ptm-S)、翼上颌裂点(Ptm-U6)、上颌长度(Ptm-ANS)。②下颌骨相对关系指标:上齿槽座点-鼻根点-下齿槽座点角(ANB)、颌突角(NA-PA)、面角(NPg-FH)、下颌长度(Go-Pg)、上颌长度/下颌长度(ANS-Ptm/Go-Pg)。结果:5岁前行腭成形术者上颌骨头影测量值与正常人比较,差异均有统计学意义。14岁后行腭成形术者,上颌骨头影测量值与正常人比较,差异均无统计学意义。结论:5岁前行腭成形术可严重影响上颌骨发育。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim: To study the effects of palate surgery on maxilla growth and development. Methods:Thirty cases with palate surgery performed before 5-year-old (group A),20 cases with palate surgery performed after 14-year-old(group B),and 40 normal healthy individuals at the same ages were subjected to perform X-ray cephalometry.SNA,SNB,ANB,NA GAAB2 PA,NPg-FA,Ptm-U6,Go-Pg, Ptm GAAB2 ANS,and ANS-Ptm/Go-Po were determined.Results:The cephalometric data in group A differed from those of the normal.Conclusion:Palate surgery before five years old severely affects the growth and development of maxilla.更多还原
