节钴型梯度硬质合金的研究

【摘要】 分析了梯度硬质合金国内外的研究现状,结合国内原材料的来源状况,在考虑节钴又不改变生产工艺的前提下,设计研究了一种铁、镍代钴与WC-Co复合而成的梯度功能材料。应用结果表明,效果良好,提高了产品的市场竞争力。

【Abstract】 The recent progress of the gradient functional cemented carbide at home andabroad was discussed.Moreover combining domestic raw material origin state and in consideration of saving Co and not revised manufacture technology, a new type of the gradient functional cemented carbide of Fe,Ni instead of Co and WC-Co was studied and developed.The results show that effect is better,and its application in the market was greatly improved.
