冷轧薄板钢退火粘结现象有限元分析
THE FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS OF BONDING FOR ANNEALED COLD ROLLED SHEET STEEL
【摘要】 在不同导热系数条件下 ,采用两种有限元模型对退火过程进行模拟和求解。分析结果表明 ,钢卷成形时层间间隙和脱脂张力都会引起较大热应力。其中 ,层间间隙对粘结的影响较大
【Abstract】 In different coefficient of thermal conductivity, two kinds of finite element model were used to simulate and solve for the annealing process. The results show that gaps and tension of degrease in sheet steel to coil can lead to biggish thermal stress. In addition, gaps in coiled sheet steel make more influence on bonding.
