【摘要】 目的检测食管鳞癌组织中VEGF-C的表达及其与食管鳞癌淋巴结转移的关系,从而探讨VEGF-C与肿瘤淋巴道转移的关系。方法对59例食管鳞癌手术标本组织采用免疫组化SP法,检测VEGF-C的表达及定位特征。结果在59例食管鳞癌组织中,VEGF-C染色阳性42例,阳性颗粒主要定位于肿瘤细胞胞质内。VEGF-C的表达在发生淋巴结转移组中明显高于未发生淋巴结转移组,差异有统计学意义(x2=6.40,P<0.05)。结论VEGF-C在食管鳞癌中选择性地表达与食管鳞癌的淋巴结转移密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the expression of VEGF-C in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and to clarify its role in lymphatic metastasis.Methods:Paraffin-embedded specimens from 59 patients with primary esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were investigated with immunohistochemical staining SP mehod.Results:Positive immunohistochemical staining for VEGF-C protein was observed in 42 of all the patients.The brown positive staining granules for VEGF-C protein were identified in the cytoplasm of carcinoma cells.There was signincantly difference between the expression of VEGF-C in lymph-node-positive group and node-negative group(x~2=6.40,P<0.05).The expression of VEGF-C was significantly hisher in 1ymph-node-positive group than in node-negative group.Conclusion:There must be a close correlation between VEGF-C expression and lymph node metastasis in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.更多还原
