【摘要】 目的为医生诊断乳腺癌提供辅助手段。方法采用吸收光谱技术对乳腺癌患者和乳腺增生病患者的血清进行研究。结果所有血清光谱均在278nm处有一最大吸收峰。癌症患者血清的光谱大部分在414nm处还有一较小的吸收峰,而增生患者只有部分在414nm处有吸收峰,但强度比癌症患者要弱。结论这些差异光谱技术应用于乳腺癌的诊断提供了重要的实验依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To offer a assistant meas for doctor to diagnose cancer. MethOd: The serum of cancer patiental and normal are studied by the absorb Spectrum technoloty. Result:The result ShowS that all absorb spectrum iS max valUe in 278nm and the most cancer spectrum have absorb peak bUt the normal have few peak and the value is smaller.
