【Abstract】 The decontamination impacts of gamma irradiation on the medicinal starch and starch pasting viscosity were studied. The results showed that the pasting viscosity reduced with the increase of the irradiation sterilization dose. It was recommended that irradiation dose between 4～6 kGy was suitable for the decontamination of the medicinal starch.=更多还原
