粉煤灰掺量、氯离子含量和pH值对混凝土中钢筋锈蚀的影响
Influence of Fly-ash Content, Cl- Concentration and pH Value on Steel Corrosion in Concrete
【摘要】 研究了不同粉煤灰掺量和不同氯离子浓度对钢筋锈蚀的影响,并测定了pH值以验证其影响;分析了它们对水泥砂浆pH值影响的机理和钢筋锈蚀机理。由此得出氯离子渗透和碳化是钢筋锈蚀的主要原因,此外还测定了氯离子的“阈值”为0.4%~0.5%。粉煤灰的掺入对钢筋无不利影响,但会降低氯离子的“阈值”。
【Abstract】 The influences of fly-ash content and Cl- concentration on steel corrosion are investigated, and the pH values of mortar are measured for checking these influences. The mechanism of these inrluences onto pH values of mortar and onto degree of corrosion is also analysed. The rezults show that, the primary factors for corrosion are Cl- penetration and cabonization, the measured threshold of Cl- concentration is 0.4%~0.5%, and there is not unprofitable influence for adding fly-ash to concrete, but the threshold will be decreased when adding it.
