【摘要】 金融安全是经济安全的重要组成部分,经济安全又是国家安全的重要组成部分,研究金融安全对维护一国国家安全具有重要的战略意义。国外学者一般将金融安全放在国家安全和国家经济安全的系统中探讨,我国学者自亚洲金融危机爆发以后才开始重视金融安全的研究,目前尚处于研究的起步阶段。本文在总结国内外研究成果的基础上,界定了金融安全的概念,并对其内涵进行了深入论述,进一步分析了目前我国所面临的主要金融安全问题,特别指出加入WTO以后和我国处于经济转轨时期所特有的主要金融风险,并提出了一些政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Financial Security makes up an important proportion in economic security, and the latter takes also an important proportion in national security, so researching in financial security is an important strategic significance to protect one country’s security. Foreign academicians discuss this question as a system between the national security and national economic security. Chinese academicians begin the study from the break out of Asian financial crisis.On the basis of the study of numerous different academicians, this essay defines the concept of financial security, discusses the connotation, and further analyzes the main financial security that our country faced, especially points out financial risks for the period after entrance to WTO and in course of transition from planned economy to the market-oriented economy.
