【Abstract】 Currently there are serious problems with Russia’s population and employment.In populationwise, there is a decline in number and imbalance in structure.In employmentwise, there is a growing pressure from unemployment or potential unemployment resulting from continuous economic depression and transformation of economic system and structure. The two problems combined, severe social crisis arises. Despite the active measures the Russian government has taken to tackle it, the crisis, which has multi-faceted reasons, is hard to be resolved within a short period.更多还原
