【Abstract】 The Rendel Constitution means a milestone in the process of Singapore’ Independence while the People’s Action Party is the most important party in Singapore’s political area since the World War Ⅱ. What connections lie between the two important things? The relations between them are of significance: First of all, members of PAP speeded the shaping of Rendel Constitution when they were fighting for an independent country ; Second, the Rendel Constitution stimulated the founding of PAP and influenced its organizing structure;Third, the Rendel Constitution is far from a perfect constitution that PAP stood on its stand and kept its different ideas for itself; and last the scheme and regulations that Rendel Constitution provided left ample room for PAP to seek for its political objective.更多还原
