【摘要】 目的观察血肿周边神经组织中HIF-1α蛋白的表达情况并探讨HIF-1α在血肿周边的表达特点。方法SD大鼠40只随机分为对照组,脑出血6h组,24h组和72h组,每组各10只。采用自体血脑内注射法建立脑出血动物模型,应用免疫组织化学的方法检测脑出血6h、24h、72h后血肿周边神经组织中HIF-1α蛋白的表达情况。结果脑出血组HIF-1α蛋白阳性表达率为56.7%(17/30),对照组HIF-1α蛋白阳性表达率为0%,二者相比有显著性差异(P<0.01);HIF-1α蛋白在脑出血后不同时间阳性表达率分别为:出血后6h30.0%(3/10),出血后24h50.0%(5/10),出血后72h90.0%(9/10),出血组之间比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论HIF-1α在脑内血肿周边神经组织中有表达,且随出血时间的延长HIF-1α蛋白在细胞内的表达逐渐增加。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of HIF-1α in ICH and try to find out its character.Methods To copy the model of ICH in rats and investigate the expression of HIF-1α in 30 brain tissues near the ICH,and 10 normal brain tissues by using SABC immunohistochemistry.The expression of HIF-1α in brain tissues was compared in different time after ICH.Results HIF-1α positive expression were 56.7%(17/30) in ICH brain tissues and no expression in normal brain tissues.The positive rate was significantly higher in ICH than in normal brain tissues (P<0.01).HIF-1α positive expression rates were 30.0%(3/10) after 6h,50.0%(5/10) after 24h and 90.0%(9/10) after 72h of ICH in pathology.HIF-1α was highly expressed in brain tissue after ICH with the change of time (P<0.01).Conclusion HIF-1α is over expressed in ICH,and there is a significant correlation with the time.更多还原
