【Abstract】 With the development of the economic reform, it is urgent and necessary to adjust the Chinese industrial construction. The reform of industrial construction raises the new requirements for the adjustment and development of the educational major, levels and region. Only when certain principles are obeyed and several relations are handled well can the reasonable educational construction with proper scale, big profit and best quality be formed.
