烤烟叶面积指数增长的优化模型研究

【摘要】 以不同土壤水分处理条件下烤烟叶面积指数的变化为基础,对烤烟叶面积指数增长模型进行了优化研究。结果表明,不同土壤水分处理条件下,烤烟叶面积指数的变化呈单峰曲线,各处理间无明显差异。用普适增长模型可较好地模拟叶面积指数变化,而用修正的指数增长模型模拟的效果更好,模拟值与实测值间的相关系数高于普适增长模型,可作为模拟烤烟叶面积指数增长的优化模型。

【Abstract】 Based on the data of flue-cured tobacco leaf area index change under different soil moisture,the growth models of tobacco leaf area index was studied.The results indicated that changes of leaf area index under different water conditions showed a single-peak curve,but no significant difference was found among soil water treatments.Universal growth model could simulate changes of leaf area index efficiently,but the simulation effect and correlation coefficients between the simulated and observed values of exponential growth model were better than that of universal growth model.It suggested that exponential growth model was more optimum to simulate leaf area index of flue-cured tobacco.
