【摘要】 对不同收入水平农村劳动力增收能力的5个方面进行了分析。结果表明,低收入水平农村劳动力经济基础薄弱,对现代科技、市场规律、产品营销知识了解甚少;外出务工动力较大,外出就业能力较低;创业动机较强,创业能力较弱;思想保守、怕担风险,缺乏冒险精神。其增收能力的5个方面均弱于高收入水平农村劳动力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Analysis on the five aspects of rural labour force’s income-increasing ability with different income-level in Henan province.Indicated that the wealth foundation of rural labour force with low-level is very weak.The peasants know little about modern technology,principle of market and knowledge of product vendition.The drive to go out of their hometown to work is very stong,but the ability of work is difficient.The drive to carve out is strong,but the ability of this is also lacking.Their idealogy is conservative,they are afraid to face risk,and their spunk on risk is very difficient,too.The five aspects of their income-increasing ability are all weaker than that of high-level rural labour force in Henan province.更多还原
