饲料添加剂天门冬氨酸镁合成研究
Studies on Synthesizing Magnesium Aspartate as A Feed Additive
【摘要】 以L -天门冬氨酸和氧化镁为原料,研究选定合成天门冬氨酸镁的最佳工艺条件。结果表明:在反应温度为80℃,H2 O∶LAA(质量比)为3∶1,LAA∶MgO(摩尔比)为1.2∶1;同时,在搅拌速度30r/min ,降温温度梯度10℃/h条件下,可得到颗粒均匀,易于过滤的结晶,产率达85 %以上。
【Abstract】 The series experiments were carried to develop the optimal technology of synthesizing magnesium aspartate with material of L-aspartate acid and magnesian oxide as materials. The results show that the optimal technology conditions are: the action temperature is 80 ℃,the quality ratio of H2O/LAA is 3∶1 and mol ratio of LAA/MgO is 1.2∶1. The conditions for crystal are 30 r/min of stiring and 10 ℃ per hour of temperature drop graduation, with output of over 85%.
