蚯蚓处理后的猪粪物质变化试验研究

【摘要】 以不同预处理的猪粪为饵料,在温度2 0℃、湿度70 %的培养箱里培养赤子爱胜蚓。对蚯蚓处理前的饵料和蚯蚓处理后蚓粪的C/N比、NH+4 -N和NO- 3-N的含量变化进行了测试对比。结果表明:与饵料相比,蚓粪的C/N比、NH+4 -N下降,NO- 3-N上升。

【Abstract】 Taking different pre-disposed pig manure as food,Eisenia fetida were cultured in incubator at temperature of 20 ℃ and humidity of 70%. The contents of the ratio of C/N, pH value, NH +4-N and NO -3-N in the pre-disposed pig manure and vemicast were tested and compared. The result showed that the C/N ratio and NH +4-N decreased and NO -3-N increased evidently after Eisenia fetida vemicomposting.
