【摘要】 分析高校辅导员心理历程发展变化的适应期、实践期、提高期、拓展期四个时期的不同特点。提出充分利用加强辅导员队伍建设、建立科学合理的管理制度、创造良好的物质条件等外部因素,以及辅导员自身通过树立强烈的职业责任感、加强学习和开拓创新、加强“自省”调整心态等内部因素优化辅导员的心理历程,努力提高辅导员的心理素质。更多还原

【Abstract】 Counsellors are the ideological and political advisors who keep frequent contact with university students and influence them extensively. In the course of influencing and training students, the counsellors’ psychological process is very important. This psychological development can be divided into four phases: adaptive phase, practical phase, improving phase, and extending phase. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of these four phases, this paper holds that the psychological qualities must be optimized by strengthening the counseling staff, establishing scientific and reasonable management system, creating excellent material condition, strengthening the counsellors’responsibility and self-cultivation.更多还原
