浅议我国个人信用法制建设
On the Construction of Individual Credit Legal System in China
【摘要】 阐述个人信用法制建设对我国社会经济发展的重要意义,分析我国目前在个人信用法制建设方面存在的主要问题,提出加强我国个人信用法制建设的对策。
【Abstract】 This paper expounds on the important significance of individual credit legal system for China’s social and economic development, analyzes the main problems concerning the individual legal system in China and puts forward some countermeasures for strengthening the construction of individual credit legal system in China.
