【摘要】 研究了低温胁迫对观赏柑桔CAT活性与水势的影响。结果表明:在轻度低温胁迫时,细胞内总含水量减少,束缚水量相对增多,有利于植物抗寒性的加强,观赏柑桔的CAT活性与水势呈上升趋势,但当达到冻害临界点时,CAT活性与水势上升到最高点。尔后,由于低温使细胞膜受损,观赏柑桔的CAT活性与水势不可逆下降,其下降的程度均可反映出观赏柑桔各品种的耐寒力的大小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Effect of low temperature stress on CAT activation and the flow of water was studied in ornamental orange. The result shows:When coercing, cell total water content reduce and relative to increase amount of fetters water in slight low temperature, helping plants to resist cold enhancement, CAT activation and the flow of water of ornamental orange are on the rise.But when reach the critical point of freeze injury. CAT activation and the flow of water rise to the peak, Thereafter, because the low temperature makes the cell membrance damaged.
