四棱豆的主要农艺性状和品种亲缘关系研究

【摘要】 为了探明四棱豆主要农艺性状的相关性和品种资源的遗传多样性,对11个四棱豆品种的22个主要农艺性状进行了相关性、主成分和系统聚类分析.结果表明:鲜豆荚总产量与主蔓长、主蔓节位数、单株分枝数、豆荚长、单荚重、单株鲜豆荚重有极显著的相关性;四棱豆块根的总产量与单株块根数、单株块根重有显著的相关性.3个主成分对变异的贡献率达86.22%.11个四棱豆品种可以归纳为3大类,蔓生品种和矮生品种的亲缘关系较远.

【Abstract】 In order to clarify the correlation of major agronomic characters and the genetic diversities of germplasm resources in winged bean twenty-two agronomic characters of 11 winged bean cultivars were analyzed in aspect of correlation,principal components,and systematic cluster.The results revealed that the fresh legume total yield was correlated very significantly with the height of plants,the number of node,the number of divarication,the length and the weight of per legume,and the yield of per plant.The total yield of roots was correlated significantly with the number and the weight of roots per plant.The cumulative ratio of contribution of first three components including plant growth vigor and fruit length to the total variation reached 86.22%.11 winged bean cultivars could be classified into 3 categories of which the relative relation between the trailing variety and the short variety was distant.
