“适乐时”种子包衣对杂交稻种子的应用效果评价

【摘要】 为了探讨种衣剂“适乐时”对杂交稻生产的应用效果,2000年以2.5%悬浮剂按1∶150,1∶250,1∶350,1∶500药种比对三系杂交稻金优402,两系杂交稻香两优68和超级杂交稻两优培九进行了种子包衣,并储存10,30,90,180,360和540d,结果表明:(1)与对照相比,包衣对90d内种子发芽率影响不大,180至540d较对照显著提高,储存540d后,3品种对照发芽率分别降至0,14%,17.5%,而适乐时包衣处理后,发芽率最高仍然可达81.5%,96.9%和84.2%;(2)各处理区与对照区比,秧苗株高、鲜重、茎基粗等有一定的差异,但多数情况下不显著;(3)适乐时包衣和浸种都能有效控制秧田恶苗病,以包衣效果为好,包衣比1∶250和1∶167处理防效分别为84.3%和84.8%;(4)适乐时包衣处理的有效分蘖数、每穗实粒数都有所增加,但千粒重变化不大,最终产量以适乐时药种比1∶167处理增产最显著,增产7.58%.

【Abstract】 To investigate the effects of seed coating formulation Celest on hybrid rice production,in 2000,the seeds of the three-line hybrid rice cultivar Jinyou402,two-line hybrid rice cultivar Xiangliangyou68 and super hybrid rice cultivar Liangyoupei9 were coated with 2.5% Celest suspension by chemical to seeds proportion 1∶150,1∶250,1∶350 and 1∶500.And the coated seeds were stored for 10,30,90,180,360 and 540 days.The results showed that:(1) the germination rates of the coated seeds showed no difference with that of control in 90 days,but were significantly higher after 180 days.At 540 days,the germination rates of the treated seeds were 81.5%,96.9% and 84.2% respectively,while the control was 0,14% and 17.5% respectively;(2) the seedling quality such as plant height,fresh weight and stem width there had no difference between the treatments and the control;(3) the treatments of seed-coating and seed-soaking with Celest could effectively control the rice Gibberella fujikuroi disease,and the former was better than the latter. The control effects to the disease of seed-coating in proportion of chemical to seeds 1∶ 250 and 1∶ 167 were 84.3% and 84.8% respectively;and (4) for the yield components,panicle,the yield treatments with Celest increased the effective tiller number and the filled grains per increased by 7.58% by treating with 2.5% Celest seed-coating (1∶167).
