不同栽培法对水稻谷草转氨酶与天冬氨酸激酶活性的影响
Effects of Different Cultural Methods on Activities of GOT and AK of Rice
【摘要】 为了探明高蛋白高产栽培综合技术体系能够提高稻米中必需氨基酸含量的机理,采用田间裂区试验设计,研究了高蛋白高产栽培综合技术体系、三壮三高栽培法、常规栽培法对高蛋白和低蛋白两个水稻品种功能叶及籽粒中谷草转氨酶(GOT)与天冬氨酸激酶(AK)活性的影响.结果表明:与三壮三高栽培法、常规栽培法相比,高蛋白高产栽培综合技术体系能够有效提高水稻生育后期功能叶及籽粒中GOT和AK的活性,且在高蛋白品种和低蛋白品种上都有较好的效果;功能叶中GOT和AK的活性分别提高了6.42%~26.95%和21.20%~266.67%,籽粒中GOT和AK的活性分别提高了1.78%~28.82%和9.09%~263.79%.
【Abstract】 Rice are studied with three kind of cultural methods on the effects of activities of GOT and AK in functional leaves and grain of high and low protein species of rice,based on the field experiment with the split-plot design.The results show that high-protein and high-yield cultural integrative technology system of rice can obviously improve activities of GOT and AK in functional leaves and grain of rice,compared with San zhuang san gao cultivation and practice cultivation.The activities of GOT and AK in functional leaves increase by 6.42%~26.95% and 21.20%~266.67% respectively,1.78%~28.82% and 9.09%~263.79% respectively in grain.And the effects is well in high and low protein species of rice.
