虚拟装配技术在兆瓦级风机研究开发中的应用
Application of Virtual Assembly Technology to the Research and Development of Megawatt Pneumatic Dynamotor
【摘要】 针对当前虚拟装配技术中存在的问题,提出了面向产品装配过程的虚拟装配建模理论与方法.在理论研究的基础上,运用CATIA系统建立了兆瓦级风机机组整机的数字样机,并将样机模型提取到虚拟环境中对其进行装配干涉检查、装配路径规划和优化,确保了产品装配的一次成功,加快了风机机组的研发速度.
【Abstract】 In order to solve the problems existing in the current virtual assembly, a theory and a method of the process-oriented virtual assembly modeling are proposed. Moreover, on the basis of theoretical investigation and by using the CATIA system, a DMU (Digital Mock-Up) of megawatt pneumatic dynamotor is constructed, which is then put into virtual environment to detect the intervene space during the assembly, as well as program and optimize the assembly path. The result of successful assembly is insured, the development of Megawatt Pneumatic Dynamotor and the completion of scientific research projects have been greatly accelerated.
