化工流程模拟中的模块集成技术及其应用
Module-Integrating Technology in Chemical Process Simulation and Its Application
【摘要】 为满足化工流程模拟的实际需要,结合软件集成的设计思路,提出了将化工过程的通用流程模拟软件和用户特定模块集成的方法及技术.将该集成方法和技术应用于工业生产实例中,运用神经网络模型和AspenPlus软件模拟轻质酮苯脱蜡脱油装置中的油回收系统,从而验证了该模块集成方法和技术的可行性.该模块集成方法和技术能解决化工流程模拟中的一些实际问题.
【Abstract】 In order to satisfy the demands of chemical process simulation, an approach and the corresponding technology for integrating the defined modules of the user with the common simulation softwares were proposed based on the software integration technology. The proposed approach and technology were then applied to an industry, that is, simulating the solvent recovery system in the ketone-benzol-dewaxing process with Aspen Plus and neural network models. The results prove that the proposed approach and technology are feasible and can be used to solve some practical problems in chemical process simulation.
