糖化酶中葡萄糖苷转移酶去除方法
The method of removing glucosyltransferase from glucoamylase
【摘要】 为了去除工业糖化酶粉剂中的葡萄糖苷转移酶,提高双酶法生产葡萄糖的纯度和产率,本文分别研究了调节pH法、添加表面活性剂法、氯仿沉淀法去除葡萄糖苷转移酶.结果表明,调节pH值法和添加表面活性剂法葡萄糖苷转移酶去除可达60%以上,且糖化酶酶活损失小于25%.
【Abstract】 In order to remove Glucosyltransferase from Glucoamylase, improve the purity of Glucoamylase and promote the harvest rate of glucose product, three different methods have been used in this paper. They are (pH-regulating) method, surfactant-increasing method, chloroform-precipitating method. Surfactant-increasing method and pH-regulating method are the better methods as the removing rate of glucosyltransferase is more than 60%, and the recovering rate of glucoamylase is less than 25%.
