【Abstract】 Credit in economics is to be examined out of people’s ec on omic life, and it’s an output of exchange development at some stage. Credit is an exchange mode and a cooperation relationship. Credit between individuals is a result from multiple gaming in transactions, and duplicated gaming can spontane ously form a credit mechanism among gamers, causing a cooperative equilibrium. D uring the course of social evolution, those with credit can gain much more benef it than those without credit, which enables credit expand in the whole society.
