【Abstract】 This paper formulizes the scientific development conception and establishes the criteria system of social and economic comprehensive development for Henan province based on particular background of society, economy, science and technology,and population of Henan. The paper compares the social and economic comprehensive forces of 17 municipalities in Henan province.On the condition of Henan, the paper analyses the results and brings forward some reasonable suggestions.更多还原
