腐殖酸类水煤浆分散剂的化学改性研究

【摘要】 利用稀硝酸、亚硫酸钠及甲醛对腐殖酸类水煤浆分散剂进行化学改性,并用于义马煤制浆,考察了分散剂对水煤浆粘度、分散性和稳定性的影响。研究表明,腐殖酸的化学改性是提高其分散性能的有效途径,制得的水煤浆浓度提高4.8%,粘度下降306 mPa.s,稳定性明显改善。

【Abstract】 The humic acid, as a kind of disperser of coal water slurry (CWS), is modified chemically by using Yima coal as raw material and diluent nitric acid, sodium sulfide and formaldehyde as modifiers in an orthogonal experiment. The influences of disperser on viscosity, dispersion and stability of coal water slurry are studied. The results of the research indicate that, the chemical modification of humic acid is an effective way for raising dispersion property. The concentration of coal water slurry prepared by Yima coal increases 4.8%, viscosity decreases 306 mPa·s and the stability is improved significantly.
