微波强化H2O2在植物纤维漂白中的应用研究
Study on the Application of H2O2 under Microwave Radiation in Plant Fiber Bleaching
【摘要】 将微波技术应用于造纸工业中的过氧化氢漂白工段,可促进纤维素发色基团结构的改变而优化纤维漂白机制,使反应速率大大提高,有效地降低了漂白时间,提高了植物纤维漂白的效果及效率,优化了造纸工业H2O2漂白工艺。纸浆漂白的最佳工艺条件为H2O2用量5mL,微波辐射功率800W,辐射时间1.5min。
【Abstract】 In the application of m icrowave rad iation in H2O2bleaching process in paper industry, the bleaching mechanism can be optim ized owing to the change of plant fiber structure and colored substances structure. The bleaching reaction can be accelerated and beaching time reduced. The total efficiency of bleaching is raised. The optimal cond itions for bleaching are as follows: dosage of hydrogen peroxide 5 mL, m icrowave power 800 W, rad iation time 1. 5 m in.
