液相催化加氢制备间三氟甲基苯胺
Preparation of m-Aminobenzotrifluoride by Liquid Phase Catalytic Hydrogenation
【摘要】 以间三氟甲基硝基苯为原料 ,以骨架镍为催化剂 ,乙醇为溶剂 ,在 2 .0MPa氢压的条件下 ,一步还原制备间三氟甲基苯胺。该工艺的最佳条件为 :反应温度 80~ 90℃ ,氢压 2 .0MPa以下 ,催化剂用量 5 % ,收率达 90 % ,纯度99.0 %以上。
【Abstract】 m-aminobenzotrifluoride is prepared in one step with m-trifluoromethyl nitrobenzene as raw material, raney -nickel as catalyst and ethanol as solvent at 2.0 MPa. The optimal conditions are as follows:reaction temperature 80~90 ℃; hydrogen pressure 2.0 MPa; amount of catalyst used 5%. The yield of the product is over 90% and purity over 99.0%.
