【摘要】 中小企业的发展,一方面解决了农村大量剩余劳动力就业,另一方面带动了农村产业结构的调整,提高了农民的非农收入。但同时,这类企业过多的注重经济效益的提高,给环境带来了巨大压力,因此其污染治理与可持续发展成为21世纪中小企业发展的目标。本文分析了各利益方在中小企业污染治理中的博弈关系,提出了相应激励机制的框架。对中小企业持续发展的对策、途径进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of the mid&mini enterprise,on one hand,has solved a large number of surplus labors in the countryside employment;on the other hand, has promoted the adjustment of the structure of rural undertakings,and has increased peasants’ non-agricultural income.But at the same time,there are too many enterprises paying more and more attention to the economic benefits and bringing enormous pressure to environment,so pollution control and sustainable development of mid&mini enterprises have become the goal of development of mid&mini enterprises in the 21st century.This paper analyses chess-like competitive relation of every interest in the pollution control of mid&mini enterprise,and proposes the frame of a corresponding incentive mechanism as well as measures for the sustainable development of mid&mini enterprises.更多还原
