等离子体引发聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)膜接枝丙烯酸改性研究
The Modification of PTFE Films Grafted Acrylic Acid with Ar Plasma
【摘要】 利用A r气氛等离子体为引发手段对PTFE膜进行表面处理,最终实现了在PTFE膜表面接枝丙烯酸。通过XPS和ATR-FT IR对改性膜进行表面分析,表明在PTFE膜的表面形成一层聚丙烯酸(pAA c)薄膜。实验证实PTFE-g-pAA c膜的表面亲水性及表面稳定性较好,克服了等离子体改性效果不稳定的缺点。本研究拓展了PTFE膜材料在其他各相关领域的应用,具有较好的实用价值。
【Abstract】 The polyterafluoroethylene(PTFE) films were subjected to further surface modification with Ar plasma,and the acrylic acid(AAc) was grafted on the surface of PTFE.The modified films were analyzed by XPS and ATR-FTIR,which showed that the pAAc films have formed on the surface of PTFE films.The study confirmed that PTFE-g-pAAc films have a great improvement in surface wettability and surface stability,which expands the application of PTFE films in other relevant fields.
