【Abstract】 The paper argues that it is of much significance to assess the job of those university teachers who supervise bachelor degree theses. Such an initiative helps enhance supervisors’ understanding of their responsibilities, achieve coordination among all parties involved, strengthen management at the macro level and promote development of the working system under discussion. To ensure adequate implementation of the work, it is necessary to define the basic principles of evaluation, adopt the right methodology, choose reasonable guidelines and follow the action model.更多还原
