本科生导师工作评价的理论与模式
On the Theory and Model of Job Evaluation of Bachelor Degree Supervisors
【摘要】 开展本科生导师工作评价对于进一步明确导师工作职责,提高导师对工作的认识,协调各种关系,加强宏观管理,促进本科生导师制健康有序发展有积极作用。要切实搞好评价工作,需要明确评价的基本原则,采用恰当的评价方法,选取合理的评价指标,按照评价方案实施评价。
【Abstract】 The paper argues that it is of much significance to assess the job of those university teachers who supervise bachelor degree theses. Such an initiative helps enhance supervisors’ understanding of their responsibilities, achieve coordination among all parties involved, strengthen management at the macro level and promote development of the working system under discussion. To ensure adequate implementation of the work, it is necessary to define the basic principles of evaluation, adopt the right methodology, choose reasonable guidelines and follow the action model.
