【摘要】 随着市场经济体制的逐步完善,我国高等教育投资体制发生了重大变化,从过去单纯依赖财政拨款到现在形成投资主体出多元化,由此引起的“银校合作”热潮,成为经济的热点。但是,高校怎样与银行合作,仍然有许多需要解决的问题。文章从产权经济学的观点出发,认为我国教育产品的多重产权属性,决定了教育投资体制中存在着不完全市场化性质,从而提出当前“银校”合作中亟待解决的深层次问题。更多还原
