【摘要】 目的探讨胸腔内注入顺铂(DDP)联合爱迪注射液治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效。方法病理确诊的恶性胸腔积液62例,经胸腔插管引流术或胸腔穿刺术排尽胸液后,按随机化原则分为两组。治疗组(32例)在胸腔内注入DDP50mg/m2,1天后再注入爱迪注射液50mL;对照组(30例)在胸腔内注入DDP50mg/m2。1周后重复,连续3次,观察疗效、生活质量、生存期及毒副反应。结果治疗组总有效率81%,较对照组53%有显著差异(P<0.05),Karnofsky评分治疗组较对照组有显著提高(P<0.05),生存期差异有显著性(P<0.05),治疗组胸痛较对照组明显。结论胸腔内注入顺铂(DDP)联合爱迪注射液是治疗恶性胸腔积液的一种有效且毒副反应少的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of treating malignant pleural effusion using Cisplatine and AiDi injection by intrapleutal injection.Method 62 cases with malignant pleural effusion, after drainage, Cisplatine 50 mg/m~2 and AiDi injection 50mL (one day later) were injected into pleural cavity in therapy group (T), and only Cisplatine 50mg/m~2 in control group (C). The treatment was repeated after a week for three times constantly, then evaluated the efficacy and quality of life, the survival period and toxicities.Results The total response rate was 81% in group T and 53% in group C. There was significant statistical difference in two groups (P <0.05). The Karnofsky score was higher in group T than that in group C.Conclusion The treatment to use Cisplatine and AiDi injection through thoracic tube is regarded as an effective and slight side-effect method for malignant pleural effusion.更多还原
