【摘要】 目的探讨βcatenin基因的表达与胃癌浸润转移的关系。方法应用免疫组化方法检测48例胃癌及癌旁组织βcatenin的表达。结果胃癌组织βcatenin的表达明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.01);低分化癌组织βcatenin表达较高、中分化组织高(P<0.01);浸润越深βcatenin表达越高(P<0.01);有淋巴结转移组织比无淋巴结转移的高(P<0.01)。结论βcatenin和胃癌的浸润、转移关系密切,对胃癌的预后可能具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relation between the expression of β-catenin and the invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma. Methods The expression of β-catenin was detected by immunohistochemical method in 48 cases with gastric carcinoma.Result The staining of β-catenin was stronger in carcinoma tissues than that in noncancerous areas( P <0.01).Higher expression of the gene was found in lower differentiation cancer tissues( P <0.01).In the cases with lymph node metastasis,the expression of β-catenin was higher than that in those without lymth node metastasis( P <0.01).The deeper tumor invasion,the higher β-catenin expression( P <0.01).Conclusion β-catenin is closely related to the tumor invasion and lymth node metastasis and it probably has much significance to prognosticate the gastric carcinoma.更多还原
