【摘要】 目的探讨后牙冠根纵折保存修复治疗的方法与疗效。方法采用复位环扎固定,经降牙合、备洞及完善根管治疗后全冠修复。结果56例折裂牙治疗成功48例(85.71%);6例因牙周感染或急性根尖周炎而拔除(10.71%);2例未能全程随访。结论对纵折病例经完善的根管治疗进行全冠修复,是一种行之有效的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the conservative repair and treatment of longitudinal fracture of buccal teeth.Methods The crown repair was performed after restoration with ring fixation and canal root treatment.Results 48 cases of 56 teeth were performed successfully.6 teeth were removed due to infection and acute apex inflammation.2 cases had not followed up.Conclusion This method might be an effective for longitudinal fracture of buccal teeth.更多还原
