【摘要】 目的探讨改良虹膜根部断离手术的方法及效果。方法在虹膜根部断离区域结膜为基底的巩膜瓣,并在此处作穿刺口进入前房作改良虹膜根部断离的手术修复。结果29例病人术后瞳孔基本恢复圆形,无术后切口渗漏、术后低眼压,无虹膜炎症粘连反应,无术后青光眼,眼内感染等并发症。结论改良虹膜根部断离手术,手术操作难度小,术后虹膜瞳孔恢复理想,无术后严重并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the advanced resection at iris root and its effect. Methods The operation was performed at base conjunctiva as puncture through anterior chamber. Results The pupil was recovered in round without exudation, low pressure, iris adhesion, infection and glaucoma. Conclusion This method might have advantages of less difficulty to perform, ideal result and without side effect.更多还原
